identity
in the last 5 weeks we have been learning about identity for the first few lessons we had to write about what identity means to you, so we went off and done that as homework and some people turn what identity means to them into a poem which was really good so when the homework was due we all was sitting there in a circle and we stated reading out what identity means to us so Rob then told us to get into groups and obviously everyone went with there friends but then he switched us around so we can be working with people that we haven't spoke to. At first It felt a bit weird but over time you get use to it and you build more confidence. So had to make a small piece about identity. My piece was about bullying well every piece was about bulling but everyone done different type of bullying.
So the first thing we had to do was make a small piece of bullying and then the next lesson show it to rob then rob will tell us what to improve on the stuff he said to the whole class was project are voices use the space around us and to stay in role so we all had to go and practice and use the skills he said to use and show him next lesson what we have improved on so the next lesson we showed him then he said it was good but not quite there yet so we just started to add some stuff in it like poems and gestures that we learnt from Mandy class.
the skills i used in my play.
so my teacher Rob gave us 22 skills that we should try and add in are play the ones people said i used in my play was confidence, eye contact, memory, practice, respect, face, control, use of space, communication, witty, range, thick skin, so they are just a few skills that people said that i use in my play. The ones i felt i used in my play was eye contact the reason i felt like i used it is because i was looking at the audience the next one i thought i used good voice projection because i felt like the audience could hear me and i think i used the use of space good because i used up the whole stage.
